Bike Mechanic

Chill Explore is an adventure business enabling people to better their wellbeing through experiencing the outdoors. With a focus on bike and snow adventures, we are based in Christchurch, cycling the city trails daily and exploring the alpine environment in winter. 

We are looking for someone with passion for the outdoors and a desire to share this with others. Working from our premises in Christchurch you’ll be part of a team at the front of Chill’s customer experience both online and in person. We’re looking for a full time and/or part time bike mechanic with solid industry experience and great attention to detail as well as good interpersonal skills.

Key tasks include assembling new bikes, maintaining our hire fleet - both pedal and electric - and carrying out services on customers’ bikes. You’ll need to maintain a clean and tidy work space, and be in contact with the Chill crew and customers.
